The "Call Waiting and Holding" ("Second Line") service has been automatically activated on all tariff plans for new subscribers since March 13, 2009 and does not require additional actions on the part of MTS clients.
Those who connected to MTS before March 13, 2009, but want to use the "Second Line", must dial a free command on the phone - "asterisk" -4-3- "hash" - and press the "call" button.
Step 2
By dialing the combination "asterisk" - "hash" -4-3- "hash", you can check the status of the "Call waiting and holding" service.
To deactivate the "Second Line" service, dial the "hash" -4-3- "hash" command.

When a second call is received during a conversation, the subscriber can continue the conversation without paying attention to the sound signal.
Also, the "Second Line" service allows rejection of an incoming call. If the subscriber presses 0, the caller will hear a busy signal. By pressing key 1, the MTS client will end the active conversation and will answer the new call. Key 2 during "Second line" means call acceptance. In this case, you can change the status of the call: hold active, and make the held active active.
