Many cars in the basic configuration either do not have acoustics, or they are not of the best quality and are accompanied by booming and background sounds. In this case, the installation of component acoustics will help, which is not only easy to perform, but also does not hit the pocket of the car enthusiast.

Instructions
Step 1
Remove the screws that secure the door trim using a Torx 10 screwdriver. In some cases, the screws may be hidden under plastic handles or veiled by the trim. In order not to damage the material, it is advisable to find them all.
Step 2
Remove the door trim. Start at the top left corner. Put your fingers in the holes and rock the upholstery a little so that the caps easily snap off the door along the left edge and top, then work on the right cream and bottom. It is necessary to do this very carefully and gradually moving your fingers from one piston to the second, so as not to break anything. If the caps accidentally break, do not worry too much, as you can always get spare ones from dealers of your car brand. Place a soft material around the blade of a flathead screwdriver and remove the decorative trims on the handles.
Step 3
Unscrew the standard car speaker and remove it from the podium by disconnecting the connectors. At the same time, be careful with the white standard soundproofing, since it will be difficult to glue it back later.
Step 4
Examine the door and trim to determine where to install the component speaker crossover. The mounting method is individual for each car model and depends on its design. For example, the Peugeot 206 does not have space on the door for the crossover, but it is on the casing, in the foam of which the required size hole is cut with a clerical knife. Grease the device seat with glue and screw it on with self-tapping screws.
Step 5
Lead out two wires for connection. One of them is connected to power the crossover, and the other is connected to the subwoofer. The latter is installed on a plastic podium in a regular place with an anti-vibration tape. Slide the trim back over the door, straightening the wires leading to the crossover. If additional tweeters were included in the set of component acoustics, then their location is selected empirically in order to get the most pleasant sound.
