Step 1
With the "Call Forwarding" you will not miss an important call, even if your number is busy, you will find yourself outside the network coverage area or if you simply do not answer an incoming call. You can activate or deactivate the service using the "Internet Assistant", "SMS Assistant", as well as the "Mobile Assistant". In addition, you can contact the operator of the MTS Contact Center by calling 8-800-333-0890.
Step 2
You can also control Call Forwarding using special USSD commands. If, for example, you want to activate forwarding of absolutely all calls, dial the command ** 21 * phone number # (to disconnect, dial ## 67 #); if you want the forwarding to become active every time your phone is busy, dial ** 67 * phone number # (to cancel - ## 67 #), when your phone is switched off or out of range, send a request ** 62 * phone number # (to disable, you need the command ## 62 #). If you want to cancel all call forwarding options, just dial your mobile number ## 002 # on the keyboard.
Step 3
The service activation cost is equal to 30 rubles, there is no subscription fee. The only exceptions are archived tariffs, for example, such as Optima 100, Summer, Active, Local, Business, Favorite or Youth (a full list of tariff plans can be found on the operator's official website). Connection of "Forwarding" to them will cost the subscriber 33, 87 rubles. (including VAT).
