In order to find out your current tariff plan in the Megafon network, use your own mobile phone or do it using the official website. The whole procedure will take no more than 10 minutes.
Instructions
Step 1
Load the site www.megafon.ru. At the top left, next to the Megafon logo, select the region where your phone number is registered. At the top right you will see an image of a gear and the inscription "Service Guide". Hover over it with the mouse, click, and the login form for the self-service page will open on the screen
Step 2
Enter the phone number in the special field in the format of nine digits without dashes and spaces. Below you will see the password window. If you have a password and you know it, enter it in this window. If the password has not been received earlier, dial * 105 * 00 # from your mobile phone and press the call key. If the password was sent to you earlier, but you forgot it, dial * 105 * 01 #. An SMS message will be sent to your phone number with a password, which consists of six digits. There is no charge for the SMS message.
Step 3
Enter the password in the corresponding window. You will be taken to the self-service page "Service Guide". It allows you to track the status of your account, connect and disconnect additional services to your number. At the top of the page, you will see balance information. Go down below, you will see a sign called "Subscriber Status". In the second line of the plate, you will see the name of your current tariff plan, for example, Freedom of speech.
Step 4
Even lower, at the very end of the page, you will see a plate, which indicates all the basic and additional options that are connected for use. If you want to change the connected tariff plan or the list of services, use the control buttons located on the left side of the page.
Step 5
If you are unable to use the Internet to find information about the current tariff plan, call the help desk number 8-800-333-05-00. Follow the instructions that you hear, press the necessary buttons in tone mode, wait for the operator to answer, and you will receive the necessary information.
