  • - varnished wire with a diameter of 0.15 mm;

Instructions

Step 1

Powder a small amount of rosin and dissolve it in alcohol using a one to six ratio (one part rosin and six parts alcohol). Momentarily glue the damaged section of the ribbon cable to the insulating plate and place this connection under the school microscope.

Step 2

Carefully remove the top layer of insulation of the conductive tracks around the damaged area with a scalpel at a distance of 1.5 mm from the break. Apply a small amount of rosin alcohol with a soft brush to the stripped strips of insulation. Touch this section of the cable with a well-tinned, with a minimum amount of solder, heated with a soldering iron.

Step 3

Carefully clean the wire with a diameter of 0.15 mm with a scalpel from the varnish and apply a rosin alcohol solution to it with a brush. Tin the wire at a distance of 15 - 25 mm from the edge and gently solder it to the first damaged track relative to the edge of the loop. Between the connected parts of the damaged area, lift the middle of the wire 1.5 mm above the ribbon.

Step 4

Bend the section of wire that connects to both sides of the damaged track. Bite off the excess part with side cutters at the soldering point of the second point. Start soldering the loop from the damaged section farthest from you.

Step 5

Build up the train if its break occurs at the place of the bend in the area of the moving sections. Use a section of the loop that is suitable for the length, width, as well as the required number and width of the tracks, which will be used to make the required insert. Carefully and evenly cut across the train in its damaged area.

Step 6
