Step 1
Return your phone number using the "Number Recovery" service, even if after the end of the funds on the personal account, the number was blocked for three months or more, and the provision of services to the Megafon client was disabled. Specify in advance whether it is possible to return the number by contacting the subscriber service by calling 0500 (from a mobile) or 5025500 (from a landline).
Step 2
To restore the number and resume service, contact one of the sales and service centers or sales and express service offices (the addresses are on the official website of the Megafon company).
Step 3
Pay for number restoration (only regular federal number is returned free of charge). Restoration of a regular city number costs 500 rubles. Restoration of the "bronze" number - 750 rubles for a federal number and 5,000 rubles for a city number. Restoration of a "silver" number - 2,500 rubles for a federal number and 12,500 for a city number. Restoration of the "golden" number - 7,500 for a federal number and 17,500 rubles for a city number. Restoration of a "platinum" number - 12,500 rubles for a federal number and 25,000 rubles for a city number.
