Perform a factory reset for your Windows Mobile device. This can be done using two types of reset - soft reset and hard reset. Soft reset does not delete user data. Only unsaved data will be lost in those applications that were running at the time of the reset.

To perform this procedure, find the Reset button on the case, press it with a sharp object. Or remove / insert the battery. If this does not help, make a hard reset of the communicator. To do this, press and hold the power button of the device. Then click Reset. Continue to hold the power button for ten seconds.

Format the HTC Touch Diamond communicator, to do this, turn it off, simultaneously hold down the center button of the joystick, the lower joystick adjustment key and briefly click on the power button. Hold the keys until the menu appears on the screen.
