If your TV does not receive the TNT channel, this does not mean that in your area it does not broadcast on air or cable networks. The channel information may simply not be in the TV's memory. After reconfiguring it, you may be able to watch a dozen more channels, the reception of which you did not even suspect.
Instructions
Step 1
Make a request by e-mail [email protected] to find out if the TNT channel is broadcasting in your area at all and in what way (broadcast, cable networks, or both)
Step 2
Check your TV manual for information on how to start automatic channel tuning. Before doing it, connect the best antenna you have to the device. If there is a community antenna, connect it.
Step 3
After auto tuning is complete, see if TNT has appeared among the new channels. At the same time, check out what other new channels you can now watch.
Step 4
Read the instructions again to learn how to manually assign the detected channels to the numbers in the order you want. Carry out this operation.
Step 5
If your TV has the function of manually entering the frequency, you can find out by the above number the broadcasting frequency of the TNT channel in your region, and then enter it manually.
Step 6
Televisions with smooth, drum or push-button tuning (not equipped with remote controls) can have two separate inputs for the MV and UHF antennas. If you are trying to tune in one of these bands and cannot find a single channel, try connecting a second antenna (the range for which it is designed should correspond to the purpose of the socket) or, if the existing antenna is all-wave, switch it to another socket. To eliminate the need for frequent antenna switching, use a special splitter. It should be designed to connect an all-wave antenna to a TV with two jacks.
Step 7
If in your area the TNT channel broadcasts in the UHF range, and your TV is designed to receive only in the MW range, install the UHF channel selector in it (if you do not know how to do this, entrust this work to the master) or use the P-SK-D series prefix …
Step 8
In the absence of both terrestrial and cable broadcasting of the TNT channel in your area, use a satellite receiver connected to the Tricolor TV operator. The basic package, which, in addition to TNT, includes the main federal TV channels, as well as Karusel and Soyuz, is provided for an unlimited period of time without a monthly fee. Remember, however, that Tricolor TV is licensed to broadcast only in Russia, and the use of receivers connected to this operator outside of Russia is illegal (although often practiced).
Step 9
Finally, if none of the above reception methods suits you, find some of the TNT channel on its official portal at RuTube.
