Step 1
Call the technical support service of Beeline customers at 0611 and select in the voice menu, respectively, the item “Internet. Following the instructions of the system, follow the required sequence of actions to find out your current service tariff plan, or enter a command to contact a specialist. In the latter case, it is quite possible that you will have to wait a long time for the operator to answer, since the lines are often congested.
Step 2
After you wait for the operator's response, tell him your personal account number and information about the person to whom this service was connected. After a while, a support specialist will provide you with the necessary information.
Step 3
Go to the official website of the Beeline company and to the section Beeline-modem. Create a personal user account in it (you may need access to the mobile phone specified when connecting or the login and password specified in the contract). Review the information regarding the current tariff plan in the corresponding section of the menu.
Step 4
Open the software of your modem and dial the combination * 110 * 05 # in it, then wait for the network to respond with information about the tariff plan you are using “Beeline-modem. Please note that if you have not changed the service plan since the moment of connection, you can view the information you are interested in in the copy of the agreement issued to you.
Step 5
If you use a SIM card of the Beeline operator in a regular USB modem, find the item “Current tariff plan” in the software and wait for the network to respond. This action is not supported by all modem models, so if it is absent in the menu, just use the combination * 110 * 05 #.
