Step 1

Listen to the message of the answering machine until you are prompted to select a menu section.

Press 1 to go to the section "Services, discounts, tariffs, information, connection". Press the "0" key to connect to the MTS operator. Wait for the employee's answer and ask what your tariff plan is called.

If you only need to find out the name of the tariff for which your phone is served, send the corresponding USSD request from your mobile phone. To do this, dial the combination "* 111 * 59 #" on your mobile and press the "Call" button. After that, read the message that appears on the screen, which will indicate your tariff.

To find out the name of the service scheme and save this information in the phone's memory, use the "SMS Assistant" service. To do this, send an SMS-message containing the number “6” to the short number 111. After a few seconds, open the message that came and read the name of your tariff plan.

If after sending a request or SMS, you see some incomprehensible characters instead of words on the device display, change the language settings of the displayed information. Such changes will allow you to read the received responses.

To change the language of the received messages on the phone, on which it is definitely possible to enter Russian letters, dial "* 111 * 6 * 2 #" from your cell phone and press the "Call" button. This operation will allow receiving information from the operator in Russian.
