Sometimes there are situations when you simply cannot answer a phone call, for example, if you are outside the coverage area of the operator's network. In order not to miss an important call and always be aware of incoming calls, MTS OJSC invites you to activate the service "You have been called!"

Instructions

Step 1

First, activate the "Short Message Service" service. As a rule, upon initial activation of a SIM card, it is automatically added to the list. If you turned it off earlier or messages do not come, call the subscriber service line at the short number 0890 or contact the nearest MTS OJSC office.

Step 2

If you have previously set a barring for incoming calls, cancel it. The same should be done with call forwarding, both to your phone and from yours.

Step 3

Activate the service by sending an SMS to 111, its text should be as follows: "21141". If you want to deactivate the "You've received a call" service, send the symbols "21140" to the same number.

Step 4

Activate the service using the USSD command. To do this, dial * 111 * 38 # on your cell phone, and then click on the call. You can deactivate the service in the same way, only the command will be slightly different: * 111 * 39 #.

Step 5

You can activate the service using the self-service system. To do this, go to the Internet, type www.mts.ru in the address bar. You will be taken to the main page of MTS OJSC. Click on the link "Login to your Personal Account".

Step 6

Enter your ten-digit phone number and your universal password that you registered earlier. Click "Login to My Account".

Step 7

Click on the "Internet Assistant" tab. In the list that opens, select "Service management" and connect "You have been called". Save your changes at the end. You can deactivate the service in the same way. It connects automatically.

Step 8

Please note that activation of the "You've been called" service is free of charge. The use of it is also not paid. All SMS messages sent by the operator are free.
