A mobile phone is a device that has the ability to turn off and discharge at the wrong time. Many important calls are missed this way. Even after turning on and charging the phone, it is impossible to know whether someone called you or not. But MTS always cares about its customers and has created a “You've received a call” service. It is designed to notify about all missed calls in the form of SMS. The service is available when the phone is switched off or outside the network area.

Instructions

Step 1

MTS connects this service automatically. For all new subscribers of this company, "You got a call" is entered into the list of operations performed on the SIM card. This also includes the Internet and USSD requests. The service is activated when you turn on the phone with a SIM card inserted into it.

Step 2

The service "You have been called" is not activated. This is possible with old subscribers and those who did not order it right away. For non-activated MTS clients, you must enable this service by yourself via SMS or at the MTS service center.

Step 3

The first way to activate this service: send an SMS message to the number ** 62 * 110110 # "call". After a couple of minutes, this service will be activated, about which you will receive a notification in the form of a reply SMS.

Step 4

It can also be activated using "Forwarding". To do this, find "Settings" in the phone menu. They contain “Challenges”. After entering this section, you can see a list of types and services, among which there will be "Forwarding". In it, find the section "Always" or "Out of service area". Click "Enable" or enter the number (110110) and OK. And the service "You've received a call" is activated.

Step 5

There are times when many people cannot get through to the subscriber. To solve this problem, you can also activate the "You've received a call" service. It is enough to dial the following USSD-request: ** 67 * 110110 # "call" and the SMS-notification service is activated, which will immediately give the numbers of everyone who called during your telephone conversation.

Step 6

It also happens that a person does not immediately hear the phone ringing. In this case, you can also activate the service "You have been called" using the following command: ** 61 * 110110 # "call". It is activated after the first 15 seconds of an unanswered call and will instantly notify the subscriber of all missed calls.

Step 7

If all methods have been tried, but the service still does not work, you need to call the operator and tell him about your problem.
