It is necessary

  • - DECT telephone
  • - telephone socket
  • - telephone cable
  • - user's manual

Instructions

Step 1

Make sure the cable is long enough to connect the DECT telephone base to the telephone jack. If the phone cord is missing, measure the distance, and then buy it from a store.

Step 2

Check the completeness of the purchased radiotelephone. The box should contain the following items: handset, base, 2 batteries, telephone cable, charger and user manual.

Step 3

Remove the handset base from the box. It is needed so that the phone can be charged. Place the base in any place convenient for you on a flat surface.

Step 4

Any base can be attached to the wall. To do this, you need to hammer a nail into the wall and hang the base on it.

Step 5

Detach the protective cap from the tube. Insert 2 batteries into the special battery compartment in the handset, observing the polarity.

Step 6

At the back of the telephone base there is a rectangular socket for connecting a DECT telephone to a socket. Connect one end of the cable to the base and the other to the telephone wall jack. You should hear a click when the cable is properly connected to the base.

Step 7

Take the charger and connect one end to the base (cylinder plug). Insert the other end ("plug") into an electrical outlet. A signal should be heard when connecting the charger. Look at the base. If the special indicator is on, you have done everything right.

Step 8

Turn on the phone by pressing the handset-shaped button. You should hear a continuous beep in the handset, indicating that the connection is correct.

Step 9

Make a test call to someone. Ask the other person if they can hear everything well. Ask him to call you back. If there is any interference, try unplugging the telephone line cord and then plugging it back in. If the interference persists, contact the service center.

Step 10

Read the user manual that comes with your DECT telephone. Adjust the ringtone and volume of the call, enter the numbers in the phone book.
