"Call forwarding" is a service, thanks to which the subscriber will not miss an important call or sms even in a situation when his phone is out of the network. To cancel this service, special numbers are provided.
Instructions
Step 1
The telecom operator "Beeline" offers subscribers several numbers to disable call forwarding. Each of them is intended for a separate type of service. Here's an example: to deactivate a service that works if your phone is busy, send an Ussd request ** 67 * phone number #. To cancel several types of call forwarding at once, use the ## 002 # command.
Step 2
If you are a client of MegaFon, you can turn off the service you no longer need in two ways: by contacting the operator or on your own. To cancel call forwarding using the company's subscriber service, call 0500 (toll-free). Please note: you can make calls not only from a mobile phone, but also from a landline (dial 5077777). By the way, these numbers are universal, since they allow not only deactivating the service, but also reconnecting it.
Step 3
To deactivate a separate type of “Call forwarding” service, use the ## (forwarding code) # command (dial it on the keyboard, press the call button). A complete refusal can be made using the USSD number ## 002 #. The code of the service you need is easy to find on the official website of the company. By the way, remember that the deactivation procedure is paid, for which the operator will deduct the amount from your balance in accordance with the established rates of the connected tariff plan.
Step 4
MTS subscribers can refuse to use the Call Forwarding service through special self-service systems, namely: Internet Assistant, Mobile Assistant or SMS Assistant. In addition, users can always call the toll-free contact center number 8-800-333-0890. Service management is also available through the USSD number ## 002 # (thanks to it, you can disable all set types of call forwarding).
