In the life of any owner of a mobile phone, situations arise when call forwarding is needed: the subscriber is out of the network coverage area, forgot his phone at home, etc. In these cases, a special service from MTS will help.
It is necessary
Telephone connected to the MTS network; computer with Internet access
Instructions
Step 1
You can transfer incoming calls to your mobile phone to any city, long distance, international or mobile number. Thus, the client will not miss an important conversation, even if his number is busy, he does not answer within the specified period of time, or his mobile phone is turned off. You can set up the Call Forwarding service through the menu of your phone according to the instructions, on the official website of the company through the “Internet assistant” or through the operator of the MTS contact center by phone 8-800-333-0890. You can also use universal commands: forwarding all calls - ** 21 * phone number * #; if the phone is busy - ** 67 * phone number * #; if the phone is turned off or is out of the reach - ** 62 * phone number * #; if the owner of the phone did not answer the call - ** 61 * phone number * #.
Step 2
After the service has been set up, you can activate call forwarding at any time by dialing * 111 * 40 # on your mobile phone, sending an SMS message with the text 2111 to number 111 or via the “Internet assistant” on the official MTS website.
Step 3
You can also set up call forwarding to your voice (fax) mail number. When the mobile phone is turned off or the subscriber is outside the coverage area of the MTS network, it remains possible to hear messages from the callers. When new voice messages arrive in the mailbox of a client of the MTS company, he automatically receives an SMS message with a notification.
