On the PDA, you can read books or other text information, you can view video files, access the Internet or work with programs, transfer information from various media, including memory cards, which for convenience it is advisable to label and rename.

Step 1
If you need to rename the "Memory Card" to Storage card, follow these steps. Open the System-Registry directory successively. It is the registry editor that will be needed to complete the task. Start Registry Editor.
Step 2
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemStorageManagerProfiles SDMemory]. The "Folder" section is the memory card. Rename the memory card to Storage card. Reboot your PDA.

You can choose any name for your memory card, but it is recommended to name it in Latin letters for better device performance.

It is best to rename a memory card on a clean device that you just purchased, or on which you have recently reinstalled the operating system. Otherwise, problems may arise with the installation of various programs on the card.
Step 6
There are times when, after rebooting the PDA, a memory card named Storage Card is automatically renamed to Storage Card 2, and at the same time you cannot do anything with the elements that were recorded on your original card. This happens, as a rule, when, when working with a program, the memory card was removed from the device. In this case, you need to find the culprit program that creates a folder with this name (remember under what circumstances the media was removed) and stop it or configure it so that it uses main memory. After the performed actions, another reboot is required.
