Step 1
If the software was previously installed on the flash card of your mobile device, transfer it by reinstalling the software. To do this, go to the menu item for managing installed programs and mark those applications that you want to move to the memory card.

In the context menu, select the "Delete" action, then confirm it and follow the instructions to uninstall. If the program prompts you to save the settings, agree and restart the phone.
Step 3
Perform the subsequent reinstallation of the software into the memory of your mobile device using the installation files. If at the moment they are missing on both memory modules of the device, copy them by first connecting the mobile device to the computer in Mass Storage mode, using the software installed from the disk, or by making a connection via Bluetooth wireless technology. In this case, it does not matter in which folder the installers will be copied.
Step 4
Disconnect your phone from your computer, open the file manager and open the folder that contains the application installers. Start their installation by selecting the memory of your mobile phone. Run the installed items and check if the custom settings are saved for them.
Step 5
Also use an alternative way to transfer applications. To do this, open the list of installed software in the main menu of your mobile device. Select the required items and open the context menu. Select the point to move and in the window that appears - the desired directory. This action is not available for all mobile device models.
