Sometimes it is imposed on subscribers: they connect without demand, sending a message stating that it is free only for the first two weeks. If such a message is not noticed, funds will be debited from the account for an "incomprehensible" reason.

Step 1
Do not expect to receive back funds that have already been debited from your account. They cannot be returned. Make sure that their further write-off is stopped - this way you will save much more.
Step 2
After making sure that you are in your home network (otherwise the call will be paid), call the support service of the cellular operator: MTS - 0890, Beeline - 0611, Megafon - 0500. Following the prompts of the autoinformer, turn on the connection mode with a consultant. If necessary, inform on whom the SIM card is registered. Find out exactly what paid services are connected to your number. If among them there is a service of replacing beeps with a melody (it can have different names, for example, GOOD'OK, "Hello"), ask how to turn it off.
Step 3
In response, the consultant will dictate to you a service number or USSD command. He can also send you this information in the form of an SMS message. In the first case, type a command (in addition to numbers, it may include asterisk and pound signs - they are on the keyboard) and press the call button. Soon, a pop-up message will appear on the screen stating that the request has been accepted. In the second case, call the number and wait for the voice message "Your application is accepted, thanks for the call" or similar. After that, the connection will be disconnected automatically.
Step 4
But the very termination of the withdrawal of funds will not happen immediately. Within 24 hours, your phone will receive a regular SMS message, the text of which will say that now the service of replacing beeps with a melody is no longer available. Only from this moment you can be calm about the state of your SIM card account.
Step 5
Often, this service is not provided by the operator itself, but by a third-party content provider. In most cases, to access the voice announcement of this provider, you need to call 0770. By dialing this number and following the voice prompts, disable the service. After that, wait for the message about its disconnection, as indicated above.
