Subscribers of the cellular company "Megafon" have the opportunity to learn about outgoing calls made from their phone. To do this, it is not at all necessary to have a mobile phone at hand, it is enough that the SIM card is registered in your name.
Instructions
Step 1
Contact the nearest Megafon office. You must have a document proving your identity with you. If the SIM card is not registered in your name, then you must provide a power of attorney from the owner of the personal account.

Write a statement to provide call detail. As a rule, the operators have the form of this document, it will be enough for you to enter your data, personal account number and the period for which you want to receive information.

The employee of the company must provide the details of the conversations immediately. You can get information on the numbers indicated in the printout from the mobile operators.

You can also order call detailing using the Internet. To do this, you just need to go to the official website of the company. In the upper right corner, find the inscription "Service Guide", click on it.

A page will open in front of you where you will need to specify the number and password to access the self-service system. If you have never entered it yet, dial the following USSD command from your cell phone: * 105 * 2 #.

Once on the page of your personal account, on the left you will see a menu. Find the "Personal account" tab there, and then click on the "Call detailing" item.
Step 7
A page will open in front of you where you will need to select the period for which you want to receive information (it should not exceed five months). Check your cell phone number again, select the types of calls you want to see in detail.
Step 8
Below, indicate the address of the e-mail to which you want to transfer the information, that is, the very details. Select a format and specify the password for the archive (in order to view the contents, only you could).
Step 9
If you want to receive a notification about the delivery of detailing in the form of a message to your mobile phone, check the box below the text "SMS notification" below. After that click on "Order".
Step 10
An order confirmation form will open in front of you, which will indicate the cost of this service. If everything suits you, click "Confirm". After that, for some time, a message will be sent to the specified e-mail containing information about all calls for the period you selected.
