Records about a certain number of calls made are always stored in the phone's memory. This data can be deleted completely or element by element at your discretion, the operation is approximately the same on all Nokia models.

Step 1
Go to the main menu of your Nokia phone and select the "Journal" item. Select the data counter you want to reset. This can be a log of incoming, outgoing, missed calls, accounting for incoming and outgoing Internet traffic, the duration of calls. On the position you have chosen, left-click and select "Clear List", then wait for the system to delete the log from your mobile device.
Step 2
Press in the standby mode of your phone on the button for sending calls, after which you will see a list of the last calls made by you or you. Select the required position and click on the "Delete" action in the context menu, then select all the others or several of them.
Step 3
Press the left and right buttons to navigate through the Incoming, Outgoing and Missed call groups. This is much faster than using the menu. However, only the call list is available here, the rest (duration and amount of traffic) are reset only through the "Log" menu.
Step 4
By clicking on the send call button, select the log you want to delete. Having marked any position from it, select "Delete List" from the context menu. Do the same for the rest of the call groups, if necessary, if you want to delete the entire log.
Step 5
To delete the entire list of messages in your Nokia phone, go to the Messages menu, select the Inbox, Outbox or Sent Items folder. Select the "Mark all" item in the context menu and click on delete. In some phone models, this action is allowed only when you enter a special phone code, which, if you have not changed it, by default is 0000. If you want to delete only certain messages, mark those that you do not need and click on delete selected items, this operation is not should ask for a code for confirmation.
