Most modern phones allow you to expand the internal memory by using high capacity cards. If the card is not provided and the amount of internal memory leaves much to be desired, sooner or later you may be faced with the need to delete files on the phone. Most of the system pictures and melodies are not valuable, so they should be removed first.
Instructions
Step 1
Delete files via the phone menu. Deploy the files you want to delete. Select them and delete using the file management menu. If they are blocked for deletion, and you cannot delete them, proceed to the next step.
Step 2
Synchronize your phone with your computer. To do this, you need a data cable, phone drivers, and synchronization software. As a rule, all this is sold together with the phone. Otherwise, use a search engine to find drivers and synchronization software. Be sure to make sure that the drivers, software and data cable are suitable for your phone model. Install the drivers and synchronization software, and then connect the cable. Make sure the program "sees" the phone.
Step 3
Highlight those files that you don't need. These can be factory tunes, pictures, as well as videos located in the appropriate directories. After you select them, click on the "delete" button, and then confirm the deletion. If the operation was unsuccessful, replace them with files with the same name, but weighing one kilobyte. The fact is that sometimes there is a protection on phones that prohibits deletion, but allows you to replace files with the same name.
Step 4
In case none of the options above failed, use a flashing. To do this, you will need special software, as well as firmware that does not contain files you do not need. Use a search engine to find all the files you need, then connect your phone to your computer. Reflash your phone carefully following the instructions. If you doubt your abilities, it is preferable to give the phone to a service center.
