Step 1
In order to find out the PIN code of the MTS SIM card, look at it in the documents that were issued to you by the operator when registering the number. Erase the protective layer with a coin and see the information you need. This is true if you have never changed this security code since the purchase of the SIM card. In new SIM cards, this password is not requested when turned on, its verification is disabled by default.
Step 2
To activate the request in the security settings of the phone, you must confirm the inclusion by entering it in the appropriate window. The last time, by default, the PIN code of the SIM card is 0000. However, everything may depend on the mobile operator serving you.
Step 3
If you cannot remember your pin code, and besides that, you do not have access to the documents on your SIM card, which contain the necessary information, contact the subscriber department in order to solve this problem. Please note that if the password is entered incorrectly for the third time, access to the number is blocked, and you will need to enter the second PIN code, also written in the documents.
Step 4
When blocking a SIM card, contact the company's office with documents confirming your identity as the owner of the number. In the event that the SIM card is registered in a different name, the presence of a person whose passport data is specified in the service agreement is required.
Step 5
If you have previously replaced the SIM card due to the loss of access, enter the PIN code 0000, which is usually set by default for all cards upon re-registration. If the PIN-code of the card has not been changed by you while using this phone number, and when you enter it, the system issues an error (if you enter the data specified in the SIM card documentation), contact the operator to resolve this situation.
