Step 1
After an unsuccessful flashing of a Nokia mobile device, use special recovery utilities, for example, Phoenix. This program works even in cases when your phone does not turn on or you have not created a device memory archive. You can find this program or its analogues in the public domain on the Internet. The utility is installed into the computer memory through which you are going to restore your mobile phone, from which you need to remove the SIM card and drive, if any.
Step 2
Connect your phone to your PC using the supplied cable and launch Device Manager from the PC Properties menu on the Hardware tab. Make sure your mobile device is detected in the system. After that, press the power button of the mobile phone several times, about 4-5 times, each time holding the press for 2-3 seconds. In this case, after a while, two new pieces of equipment should be displayed in your device manager, not marked with exclamation marks.
Step 3
Pay attention to the charge level of the battery of your mobile device, it should not be lower than 60% in order to prevent a complete discharge with a new firmware. Also consider the rate at which your battery is fully discharged, it is best to fully charge it. Launch the Phoenix program you installed and select the No Connection connection mode. Go to the File tab and select the Open Product section.
Step 4
Select the model of the device connected to the computer and confirm the operation. In the Flashing section go to the Firmware Update menu. Find the search menu next to the product code, select among them the one that has RU or Cyrillic in the description, if you need to use Russian in your mobile device.
Step 5
Return to the Firmware Update menu and check the Dead Phone USB flashing checkbox, then click on the Refurbish menu button. While restoring the Output menu. Will be filled in.
