Step 1
Check your phone balance after each call so you don't get annoyed if you just don't have the funds left for the most important conversation. Megafon subscribers can find out about the state of their phone bill on their own, and in several ways. For example, dial in the mobile command * 100 # call or * 111 * 1 # call, and the information about the balance of funds will appear on the display.
Step 2
Call 0501 if you are making a call from a mobile phone, or 507–7777 if you are calling from a landline number. Select the section "Information about your number", then the section "Balance", after which the amount of money on your phone account at the moment will be named. Or dial any SMS to 000100.
Step 3
Dial a combination of characters * 105 # call. Select the "Account" section, then in the window that opens, find the "Balance" section, press the corresponding number to open the section and your request will appear on the display - you will see the amount of the balance on the account.
Step 4
According to the information published on the official website of the company "Megafon", the service "Balance of loved ones" allows you to independently find out about the balance of funds on the phones of relatives or friends. You can connect “Balance of loved ones” by sending an SMS message to 000006 or by typing the appropriate command. To add a “guardian”, dial * 438 * 1 * number # call or send SMS with the text “+ subscriber's number”. If you want to remove the “guardian”, dial * 438 * 2 * number # call or send SMS with the text “- subscriber's number”. Find out more about the service using the * 438 # call command or send an empty message to 000006.
Step 5
To control the money balance, Megafon subscribers do not need to perform any additional actions. The "Live Balance" service automatically displays information about the state of the account on the display after each call, sending SMS, going online, etc. The first two weeks after connecting Live Balance, you can use the service free of charge, after the expiration of this period, a subscription fee is provided. Activate / deactivate the service using the "Service Guide" by calling 0500 or 507-7777. You can choose a method that is more convenient for you: to connect, dial * 134 * 1 # call or send an empty SMS message to 000105750, and to disconnect it dial * 134 * 0 # call.
