The "Daily Weather Forecast" service enables the subscriber to receive information about what is happening outside the window in the city where the SIM card was registered. If for some reason you decide to refuse this service (say, due to moving to another city or region), use one of the options below. For example, dial * 111 * 4751 # call button in your mobile. After that, the service will be disabled.
Step 2
You can also opt out of the daily weather notification via SMS. Send a message with the number 2 to the short number 4741 **. According to the information published on the official website of the mobile company MTS, sending this message will be free if the subscriber is in the home region zone. If you are in national, international or intranet roaming, you will have to pay for an SMS message with a request to deactivate the service. The cost of a message in this case depends on the conditions of communication in roaming according to your tariff.
Step 3
If none of the above methods suits you, you can contact the MTS mobile subscriber support service by calling 0890. This can be done free of charge if the weather forecast is disabled.
Step 4
If you are an active Internet user, turn off weather notifications directly on the web. To do this, go to the website https://wap.mts-i.ru, find the section "My subscriptions". Find “Weather forecast” in the general list of subscriptions and disable the service. By the way, in this way you can connect or disconnect several more services of this cellular operator within the infotainment offer "MTS-Info".
