Subscribers of the cellular company "Megafon" who are connected to the "Mobile" tariff plan, until July 6, 2011, had the opportunity to activate the "Call for a ruble" option. By connecting it, customers can call federal numbers of all operators of the Moscow region at a single price - 1 ruble per minute. At the same time, a subscription fee is charged for using this option - 4 rubles per day. If you want to disable it, then you need to perform a number of actions, since the option is not automatically disabled.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the official website of the mobile operator Megafon. On the top panel, find the inscription "Service Guide", click on it. A page will open in front of you where you will need to enter your phone number (SIM card) and password to access the self-service system. To get the password, dial the following combination of symbols from your phone: * 105 * 00 # and the call key. The password will be sent to you in the form of a message to your number.

Once on the personal account page, you will see a menu to your left. Click on the "Services and tariff" tab, and then - "Change tariff options".

You will see a page with all connected and unconnected options. Check the box in front of the "Periodic discounts". A field with all the options will expand below. Find "Call for a ruble", in front of which there will be a check mark, remove it. After that click "Make changes".
Step 4
You can also deactivate the "Call for Ruble" service using a special USSD command. To do this, dial the combination of symbols from your phone: * 105 * 105 * 0 # and then the call key. A message should come to your phone with the operation performed, that is, the service has been disabled.
Step 5
If you cannot turn off all of the above methods, you can call the customer service line at 0500. The operator will ask you to name the passport details of the person for whom the phone number is registered. After that, the service will be disabled.
Step 6
Another way is to contact the nearest office of the mobile operator "Megafon", with you you must have a document proving your identity, preferably your SIM card. The operator will automatically deactivate the "Call for a ruble" service.
