Step 1
Help from the "Internet Assistant" service
Pre-set a password for entering the service by sending a USSD request from a mobile phone with the key combination * 111 * 25 # - call key - the desired password of 5-7 digits. Then go to the MTS website: www.mts.ru. Your region will be listed at the top of the page. if it is incorrect, click "Change Region" and select your region from the list. Then click the "Login to the Internet Assistant" link in the upper right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the Internet Assistant page. Enter your phone number in the login window, and your password in the password field. Click the Login button. In the menu that appears, select "Change tariff plan" and follow the link. Select the MAXI tariff from the list.
Step 2
You can also change the current tariff to MAXI through USSD requests. Take a mobile phone with a SIM card on which you need to change the tariff. Dial * 111 # and press the call key. Follow the instructions that appear on the phone screen. At the moment, changing the tariff plan in this way will look like a set of commands: * 111 # - 3 - 3 - 1 - 2.
Step 3
If you have forgotten the code word and the operator does not allow you to change the tariff according to the passport data, you will have to use such an option as contacting the MTS office. At the office, you may also be asked for your passport details, so take your passport with you. At the same time in the office you can find out and, if necessary, change your code word.
