After purchasing a projector, the consumer, as a rule, faces the problem of purchasing a screen for him. Of course, you can simply project the image onto the wall, but the quality will suffer greatly. Fortunately, there are many screens on the market to suit any need.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, decide on the type of screen attachment. It can be a portable screen, moved from place to place on a light tripod, or, for example, a tension screen, attached to a wall. There are also retractable screens, both mechanically driven and electrically operated.
Step 2
Decide which screen surface material suits you best. Grayscale screens with a reflectance of less than 0.9 will provide better blacks and added contrast to the image, but will require a high brightness projector.
Step 3
Select a screen format. The 16: 9 aspect ratio is best for watching movies, 4: 3 for presentations and photographs.
Step 4
The screen size depends on the focal length of your projector and the distance between the screen and the projector.
