Step 1
Turn on the phone and delete all files from the phone using the menu keys. Many models support selection of multiple files, with this function you can delete multiple files at once.

Use the firmware reset code. With this code, you can erase all personal information that is in the phone's memory, as well as return all settings to the factory state. Go to the website of your device manufacturer and find technical support contacts. This can be either a phone number or an email address. Provide the IMEI number of your mobile, then request a firmware reset code. The IMEI number is the serial number of your phone. You can find it out by typing * # 06 # or by removing the back cover and battery.
Step 3
Synchronize your phone with your computer. To do this, use a data cable and driver disc. As a rule, you can find all these in the phone package, otherwise you will have to get them yourself. You can find the data cable in any cell phone store or order it in the online store or on the manufacturer's website. There, on the manufacturer's website, you can find drivers and software required for synchronization. Step 4
Launch your sync software and make sure it syncs your phone with your computer. This will be signaled by the corresponding indicator. Using the program, open the file menu of the phone. Delete all files that are yours. Also, copy the phone book and messages saved on the phone to the computer, and then delete them from the mobile memory.
