Step 1
Clients of the telecom operator Megafon can disconnect or connect forwarding using two different methods: independently or by contacting the operator. If the first way to deactivate the service suits you, dial the short number 0500 on your phone keypad (this is the Megafon subscriber service number). You can also call from a landline phone, in which case you should dial the number 5077777. Please note that both of these numbers allow not only to disable call forwarding, but also to set it.
Step 2
In the event that you want to refuse only some kind of forwarding, dial the command ## (forwarding code) #. In order to completely refuse to use the service, use the USSD number ## 002 #. By the way, the required service code can always be obtained on the website of the Megafon company. Do not forget that the deactivation of the service, in contrast to the connection, is paid - it will cost 30 rubles. And the subscriber pays directly for the use of call forwarding at the rates of the established tariff plan.
Step 3
MTS network users can deactivate the Call Forwarding service using such self-service systems as SMS Assistant, Internet Assistant or Mobile Assistant. In addition, subscribers can contact the Contact Center of a telecom operator. To do this, you need to call 8-800-333-0890. Forwarding management is also possible thanks to special USSD commands. Cancellation of all set types of service use the short number ## 002 #.
Step 4
At the Beeline operator, the cancellation of the service is made in a different way, already depending on the selected type of forwarding. For example, if the subscriber has a call forwarding, which is activated when the phone is busy, then to disable it, you need to dial the USSD command ** 67 * phone number #. In order to deactivate several simultaneously installed service types, you must use the number ## 002 #.
