Step 1
Subscribers using MegaFon communication services can cancel the service either by contacting the company's communication salon, or by calling the subscriber service. If you want to use the second method, dial 0500 on your mobile phone. By the way, the operator provides an opportunity to call the service from a landline phone. To do this, dial the number 5077777. It should be noted that the service is not only disabled by these numbers, but also activated.
Step 2
By the way, "MegaFon" allows its customers to disable not the entire service as a whole, but only one type of set forwarding. To do this, press two # symbols on the telephone keypad, enter the required forwarding code, dial # again and press the call button. If you want to find out the code of the service you have connected, go to the official website of the company. There you will also find the cost of using "Call forwarding" and disabling it. Keep in mind that the final price is based on your tariff rates. There is another USSD number, thanks to which you can completely deactivate the service - this is the code ## 002 #.
Step 3
If you are a subscriber of the MTS network, you can cancel the service through the following self-service systems: Mobile Assistant, Internet Assistant or SMS Assistant. Detailed information about each of them is easy to find on the operator's website www.mts.ru. In addition, you can always call the operator's Contact Center (dial 8-800-333-0890). The client can control the Call Forwarding service using the USSD command ## 002 #.
Step 4
For each type of call forwarding, the Beeline telecom operator has set a separate number. Let's say you used the one that turned on when the line was busy. In this case, dial the USSD request ** 67 * phone number # and send it to the operator.
