Instructions
Step 1
If for any reason you need a copy of your SIM card, contact the subscriber department of your operator or point of sale. Order a copy of your SIM card from them, indicating the reason, after which the old copy will become inactive, and the new one will be given to you within a certain period of time, from 10 minutes to several days, depending on the operator. This is convenient in cases when the first copy of your SIM card was lost or you lost access to it for any other reason.
Step 2
Please note that to reissue your SIM card, you need your passport, but only if the number is registered in your name, and if it formally belongs to another person, you will need his presence (with a passport or other identity document in accordance with the current legislation). In most cases, you will need to fill out a special form for issuing a copy of your SIM card, indicating in the application the reason for losing access to the first copy of the card, indicating the number, series and other details of your passport or other provided document.
Step 3
If there are no client offices of your service operator near your location, contact the points of sale of mobile phones, it is likely that their employees have the necessary authority to perform actions with SIM cards, however, this may take a little longer than usual. Most often, SIM card copies are reissued in Svyaznoy and Euroset stores, however, everything may depend on the point. If you have lost your SIM card, it is best to immediately call the operator and block the number so that no other person can use it, in the future, when you receive a new copy of your card, the number will be unblocked.
