Certain mobile phones that do not work as a result of a firmware failure can be successfully repaired. To do this, you need to re-flash the device using the correct algorithm of actions.

Instructions
Step 1
Use Phoenix to flash Nokia mobile phones. It allows you to work with Dead Mode, which is necessary to update the phone's firmware without turning on the device.
Step 2
Install the specified application. Remove the SIM card from the mobile phone. Remove additional drives if used in the machine. Open Device Manager on your computer.
Step 3
Connect your mobile phone to a personal computer using a suitable USB cable. Press the power button of the mobile device and hold it for 2 seconds. Repeat this procedure 3-4 times with an interval of 15 seconds.
Step 4
Wait for the automatic driver installation to complete. Connect the charger to your mobile phone and wait until the battery level reaches 50% (more is possible).
Step 5
Prepare the firmware file for the mobile phone. To get started, use the version that was used in the device at the time of purchase.
Step 6
Start the Phoenix program. In the first term, specify the No Connection mode. Go to the File menu and click the Open Product button. Find and select the model of your mobile device in the list suggested by the application. Click the Ok button.
Step 7
Open the Flashing tab and select the Firmware Update option. Click the Browse button located in the Product Code column. Select a product code that contains Cyrillic or RU segments in the name. This is required to install the Russian-language firmware.
Step 8
Click the Ok button. Activate the Dead phone USB flashing option by checking the box next to the item of the same name. Now click the Refurbish button.
Step 9
Wait for the first stage of the firmware installation to complete. After the message with the phrase Press the phone’s power button appears, press the power button of the phone and hold it for 2-3 seconds. If you did everything correctly, after a while the firmware update will be completed, and the phone will automatically turn on.
