If you are in the habit of walking with your phone throughout the apartment, talking and doing something else on the go, you will have to look in the most unexpected places, for example, on the refrigerator or inside it, as well as on the shelf in the bathroom, on the balcony, in the washing car, etc. By the way, it may also end up in the washing machine if you forgot to take it out of your pants pocket or other clothes before washing.

Make a search plan. Methodically and thoroughly explore one room after another, and until you are 100% sure that he is not in this room, do not move on to the next.

Check the pockets of your indoor and outdoor clothes: robes, jackets, raincoats, jackets, etc. Explore the shelves, tables and drawers you have.
Step 6
Take a close look at the sofa or armchairs from which you are watching TV, and examine the floor areas underneath. Remove the covers from upholstered furniture, sometimes phones get hit by them.

Search not only in the field of view, i.e. at eye level, but also where your hand could reach: on the upper shelves of cabinets, on the surface of the wardrobe, etc.

Some pets, especially dogs, have a tendency to pick up things that are poorly laid. Therefore, if you know such an addiction for your pet, it will not be superfluous to look under the dog's rug or into his other hiding place.

Well, as a last resort, use a metal detector (if you have one), although there are a lot of different metals in modern apartments and this method is not the most convenient.
