Sometimes an unsuccessful phone firmware or a desire to roll back to an old version ends in trouble - the phone refuses to work at all. Do not rush to throw the phone away - you can also reflash it from dead mode to a normally working version.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the Phoenix program from file-sharing sites on the Internet.
Step 2
We charge the phone. In cases of impossibility of charging on this phone, we install a charged battery from another phone, or charge it with the "native battery". We remove the SIM card and memory card from the phone. We connect the dead phone with a cable to the computer.
Step 3
We launch the "Device Manager" on the computer. To do this, with the right mouse button, activate the Properties tab on the My Computer icon, then Hardware and select Device Manager.
Step 4
We activate the button to turn on the mobile phone. Press and hold it for a few seconds. We repeat the procedure 3 times with an interval of 15-20 seconds.
Step 5
We mark in the "Device Manager" the appearance of new devices that have the same names with the phone model. Their appearance indicates the successful installation of the drivers.
Step 6
Launch the Phoenix program. When choosing a connection type, select No connection. On the dashboard, activate the "File" tab and select "Model name". In the list of devices we find our phone model and confirm the selection with the OK button.
Step 7
Activate the Product code tab on the panel. We select the required version, set the checkboxes opposite the language selection and confirm the choice.
Step 8
Activate the Firmware Update tab, mark the Dead Phone USB flashing checkbox and click on the Refurbish button. The program will require turning on the phone. Press the phone's power button and hold it for 2-3 seconds, then release it. The process of flashing the phone in dead mode takes 8-10 minutes.
Step 9
At the end of the firmware, we see the message: Product flashing succeeded. Press OK and the phone will turn on automatically. We disconnect the phone from the cable, turn it off, install the SIM card and memory card back and activate it. We check the performance of all its functions.
