On the official MTS portal, you will not find information on how to enable the second line on your phone. If you have been using MTS services for more than three years, you can connect the second line yourself.
Necessary
- - telephone
- - SIM card MTS
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the menu of your mobile phone and select "Settings". Find the "Calls" tab in them. Scroll until Call Waiting appears on the screen - select this option. A new window will open with the functions "Enable", "Cancel", "Status". Click Enable. The screen will display “Request in Progress”. The phone will notify you of a positive result with the phrase “Call waiting is on”.
Step 2
As a result of turning on the second MTS line through the phone settings, the message “Failed” / “Call waiting not included” was received. This situation could have happened for several reasons. Step 3
Wait a while, change location or restart your phone. After completing the above steps, try again. In case of repeated failure - see 4
Step 4
Activate the service through a command request in MTS. Dial * 43 # and press call. Your number will be automatically connected to the required function, and the system will immediately notify you of this.
