Cellular operators are trying to make communication more accessible, convenient and cost-effective. This is why companies develop and implement various tariff options. For example, by activating the "Answering Machine" service, subscribers will be able to receive and listen to voice messages from people who are calling. If you do not see the need to use this feature in the future, disable it.
Instructions
Step 1
To deactivate the "Answering Machine" service, contact the office of your mobile operator. The company employs professionals who deactivate the option in a few minutes. Also, employees can advise and teach you how to independently manage services.
Step 2
If the dealership or service center is far away, you can contact a consultant by phone. For example, you are a client of MTS. In this case, dial 0890 from your mobile phone or 8 (800) 250 0890 from any local telephone. Wait for the answer of the consultant and explain to him the essence of the problem. Megafon subscribers can turn off the service in the same way, that is, by calling the contact center at 0500 or 8 (800) 333 0500. Beeline customers should call 0611.
Step 3
Deactivate the service yourself. To do this, enter the USSD command. For MTS clients, it looks like this: * 111 * 90 #. For Megafon it is * 105 * 1300 #, for Beeline - * 110 * 010 #. After entering the command, your phone will receive a service message containing the results of the actions performed.
Step 4
You can also use the official page of your cellular company located on the Internet. You just need to go to the site, find a link to the self-service system, enter your personal data (phone number and password). After that, a page of your personal account will open in front of you, find the "Services" section in the menu, select the appropriate subsection (for example, "Change of services"). Find “Autoresponder” in the list and deactivate the service. Save your changes at the end.
Step 5
If you are a Megafon subscriber, delete the service using a request. Send the following message to number 000105: "1300". For MTS clients there is also a similar request, you need to enter the text "90 2" and send it to the short number 111. In both cases, quotes are not put.
