The service that you have activated earlier may become less profitable than the other one. In this case, you just need to disconnect the old one and connect the new one.

Step 1
To disable any service, you can use the Internet Assistant. To do this, go to the official website of the cellular company "MTS". At the top of the page you will see the inscription "Login to the Internet Assistant", click on it.

A page will open in front of you where you will need to enter your number (SIM card) and password to access the self-service zone. To set a password, dial the following key combination from your mobile phone: * 111 * 25 # and the call button or 1115. Then follow the instructions of the informant. The password must be four to seven digits long.
Step 3
After you enter the data, click "Login". The Internet Assistant menu will open in front of you. On the "Tariffs, Services and Discounts" tab, click on the "Service Management" item. Next, a new page will open.
Step 4
Select the one you want to disconnect from the list of connected services. Opposite it you will see the inscription "disable", click on it. A window will appear in front of you, in which your desire to disable the option will once again be clarified, click on "Disable the service". You can choose not one, but several services at once. They will be listed in the form of a table, under which you will also need to click "Disable service".
Step 5
You can also deactivate the service by calling the MTS subscriber service line. To do this, dial 0890 from your mobile phone, then wait for the operator to answer, who will ask you to name the passport data of the person for whom the number is registered.
Step 6
Another way to disable any service is to come to the nearest office of the mobile operator "MTS". Take your identity document and SIM card with you (optional). It is important that the SIM card is registered to you or you have a power of attorney with you.
