When you overcome the threshold of values that you set, setting the level of the required temperature for cooking, these devices reduce the heating to the required figure. The mode hold device allows you to get out of the kitchen. If you press a special button, all functions of the hob will be interrupted for a few minutes. You can press the button again, and when it is turned off, the stove will resume in accordance with the previously set parameters.
