Balance check for contract subscribers
The MTS company allows you to check the current balance directly from your mobile phone. Contract subscribers only need to enter the short number * 110 * 10 # and press the call key, after which they will receive full information about their account, as well as other services of the company. For example, the subscriber will be able to receive information about current promotions, the number of used SMS or MMS packages, as well as the number of remaining megabytes on the account.
In order to select the menu language, at the end of the short number 110 * 10, add the combination * 01 # - to select the Ukrainian language, * 02 # - for Russian and * 03 # - for English.
Account verification for MTS Contact subscribers in roaming
MTS Contact subscribers who are abroad have the opportunity to check the status of their personal account not only by sending a request to a short number, but also using the MTS Subscriber Service Center by calling +380 50 508 1111. The call is absolutely free from Belarus, Russia, Uzbekistan and Armenia. From other countries, only the first minute is free. Subsequent minutes are charged according to the current tariff.
Basic account verification for prepaid subscribers
To check the balance, MTS prepaid subscribers need to dial a short key combination * 101 #, which allows you to find out the status of the main account, as well as the validity period of services for the current number.
The validity period of the services is standard for all MTS prepaid users and is equal to 365 days from the last moment of account replenishment for an amount over UAH 5.
Sending a request for a short number is free, both in the coverage area and in roaming.
Checking an additional account for prepaid subscribers
To check the balance on the additional account, subscribers connected on a prepaid basis need to dial the short number * 110 * 10 #, which allows you to check the bonus account to which funds are credited for participating in various promotions held by MTS Ukraine or its partners.
