In order to find out the state of the account of the phone connected to MTS, you can use the Internet assistant on the site, send an SMS to a special short number or dial a short command from your mobile.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the official website of Mobile Telesystems - mts.ru. In the upper right corner of the page you will see the "i" button and the inscription "Login to the Internet Assistant". Hover over it and click on it. Get a password to access the help system in any of the two available ways. The first option is to dial * 111 * 25 # on your mobile phone, then press the call key. You will receive a message on your number that you must come up with and enter a new password. Use a combination of 4-7 digits. Another option to set a password is to call 1115 and follow the instructions. Enter the numeric password, after completing the entry, press the "*" symbol. The voice in the receiver will dictate the combination you dialed, to confirm press number 1. Calls in the home region are free. Enter the phone number and the set password in the corresponding fields, enter the Internet assistant. On the page that opens, find the "Account balance" section, click on it. At the top of the screen, you will see the amount of funds in the account.
Step 2
Dial * 100 # on your mobile phone and press the call key. After completing the request, a message about the amount of the balance will appear on the screen. If the phone number is connected to the “Credit” or “On full trust” service and the balance is “negative”, dial * 100 * 3 # from your mobile and press the call button. You will receive a message about the amount owed on the account.
Step 3
Use the "SMS Assistant" service. To do this, send a message to number 111 containing the service code "11". You will receive a message on your phone about the status of your account balance. The service is free.
Step 4
Use the "MTS-Service" service for smartphones. To do this, dial the command * 111 * 1111 # and press the call button. You will receive a link to download the MTS-Service application, which will allow you to find out the status of your account.
