Every user of the MTS Connect service from time to time needs to check the current account balance. There are several ways to perform this operation. You just have to choose the most convenient one.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn on your personal computer or laptop and start the MTS Connect software. Find the "Account Management" section in the menu bar and launch it. A window will open in which you need to click on the "Check balance" button. A small text message will appear on the left with information about the account balance. Also, the balance can be determined through the field "Enter USSD command", which indicates the combination * 100 #.
Step 2
Press the "Send" button and in a few seconds you will receive a reply in the form of a text message about the amount of funds on your account of the "MTS Connect" service. Another way to determine the balance through this program is associated with the "Call" button on the menu bar.
Step 3
Click on it and enter the number 11111 (five units), then press Enter or the corresponding button in the program. As a result, you will receive a voice message about the balance, so it is preferable to turn on the computer sound.
Step 4
Remove the SIM-card from the modem of the "MTS Connect" service if it is not possible to check the balance using a computer. Insert the card into your mobile phone and turn it on. Dial the command for checking the account * 100 # and press the call button. A system message about the current balance will appear on the screen. You can also call 11111 (five units) and listen to the voice message.
Step 5
Go to the menu of your phone and find the "MTS-info" or "MTS services" section, go to the "MTS Services" item and click on the "Balance" command. In response, you will receive a free SMS message with the relevant information.
Step 6
Go to the official website of the mobile operator "MTS" at the link https://www.mts.ru, where log in to the "Personal Account". To receive the password for this service, you need to insert the MTS Connect SIM card into your phone, then dial * 111 * 25 # or call the short number 1115. This service is free of charge.
Step 7
If you do not remember her number, then you need to dial the command * 111 * 0887 # or call the short number 0887. Enter the card number and password in the "Personal Account" login form. Log in and go to the "Balance" section.
