Step 1

The second option is to independently install the required driver. They usually come with your webcam and the installation files are on a dedicated CD. Remove the disc from the package and insert it into the computer drive. Wait until the disk is fully loaded, then select "Install driver". Along with the drivers for many models of webcams, a special utility is installed with which you can change the video image from the webcam before it gets into the program for communication. Run this utility. Use it to set the desired settings for image contrast, brightness, color rendition. The corresponding changes can be observed in the utility window in real time.
Step 5
Some of these utilities have the function of adding various effects to the image of the face. In good enough lighting, the program accurately determines the contours of the face and allows you to change them, impose additional elements, change the background. Select one or more of these effects, if necessary.
Step 6
If there is no such utility for your webcam model, the image adjustment can be done in the chat software. Run the program and open the menu item for adjusting the webcam image. Set the desired values for brightness, contrast and color.
