Step 1
Before sending an SMS with a request to call back, make sure that the recipient of the message is an MTS subscriber. If the required phone number has the prefix +7910, +7911, +7912, +7913, +7914, +7915, +7916, +7917, +7919, +7980, +7981, +7982, +7983, +7984, +7985, +7987, +7988 or +7989, then it is served by the MTS operator and you can use the "Call me back" service.
Step 2
To send a request, dial "* 110 *" on your mobile. Immediately after this entry, write in any format the number of the subscriber you need to contact. Place the lattice and press the "Call" key.
Step 3
Wait until the required subscriber reads the message containing the text "Call me back, please", the number and date of sending, and will call back to your number. If no response is received in 10-15 minutes, send another such message.
Step 4
Please note that you can use the "Call me back" service no more than 5 times per day. As soon as the request limit is reached, messages with a request to call back will stop being delivered to the specified number.
Step 5
If, after sending a request, incomprehensible characters appear on the phone screen, change the language of the message. So that the message is printed only in Latin letters, i.e. using transliteration, dial "* 111 * 6 * 2 #" on your cell phone and press "Call". This method is suitable for those devices that do not support Russian at all.
Step 6
To fix the error when sending a request on a device from which you can definitely send SMS in Russian, use a different method. To enable the Russian alphabet, enter "* 111 * 6 * 1 #" and confirm the change of language with the "Call" button.
Step 7
If the person you want to contact is not a subscriber of MTS in the Russian region, then use the SMS sending service from the operator's website serving the number of the person you need to contact. In such a message, be sure to include contact information.
