After an accident, the car requires straightening and subsequent painting. This can be done using a spray gun in a special spray booth. Not many car services have it, since its minimum cost is from 18 thousand euros. You can make such a camera with your own hands and earn money on it by working yourself or by renting it out.

Step 1
Familiarize yourself with the spray booth cycles before fabricating. The first is air purification. It must be taken out of the chamber, passed through the filter and fed back into the chamber. This must be done immediately after the car is placed in the camera and is done in order to clear the air of dust. Then the car painting mode is switched on. Air is taken from the street, passed through a filter, heated to 40 degrees before being fed into the chamber. Then the car is dried by heating the air to 80 degrees.
Step 2
Get a garage. Its minimum dimensions to accommodate a spray booth are 6 by 4 meters. Buy or rent a garage on a long-term lease, for a period of at least a year. Sheathe the walls of the garage with a metal profile sheet or plastic clapboard.
Step 3
Install fluorescent lamps under the ceiling and on the walls. Also strengthen the air intake, additional heating elements and a heat gun under the ceiling. Spread the air from the heat gun six to eight points around the garage perimeter, directing them to the center.
Step 4
Raise the garage floor fifteen to twenty centimeters, install a fan-based hood. Make a grooved steel floor from pre-fabricated sheets or weld the grating using rebar. Install a diesel-powered heat generator instead of a heating element to save electricity.
Step 5
Instead of air drying, you can use infrared lamps, which will speed up the process several times and facilitate painting the car. Install the equipment in the spray booth: a compressor with an installed receiver, as well as a spray gun. It is not recommended to paint cars yourself without special skills. Better to use the services of a car dealer.
