Step 1
Checking the balance on the card through an ATM. You can find out the balance on your bank card using any of the ATMs. To do this, you need to insert the card into the terminal and, by entering the pin code, request information about your balance. Note that if you specify the balance in the terminal of a bank whose client you are not, you will be charged a commission for such a service. Based on this, it is better to conduct account verification operations at those ATMs that belong to the bank where the card is registered.
Step 2
Balance check via telephone service. To clarify your account balance in this way, you need to call the call center of your bank. Here you need to contact the operator and provide the data necessary for authorization (name, year of birth, card number, code word - not a pin code, but a code word). You will then be notified of the status of your account.
Step 3
Balance check via internet banking. This method is possible only if the bank provides an Internet client authorization service. You can find out about this and register in Internet banking at the representative office of your bank. To find out the account balance, you need to log in to your Internet bank account and use the corresponding menu.
