Step 1
Before you is the body of a manual meat grinder. It is worth noting that it is made of stainless metal so that the scrolled mass does not oxidize when interacting with a manual meat grinder. The body - the largest part - has three holes. Products for rolling are placed in the funnel-shaped hole. You don't need to touch it. Note the large round hole. Take the helical shaft and insert it into this hole until it stops. The helical shaft is designed to push the rolling mass towards the blades of the knife.
Step 2
Take the knife. This part looks like a propeller, but more, of course, a shuriken - the throwing weapon of Japanese ninjas. Throwing, however, is not recommended. Slide the knife onto the helical shaft so that the concave side of the knife fits snugly against the shaft. If you put it on incorrectly, the knife of a manual meat grinder will not be able to grind the scrolled mass.
Step 3
The meat grinder will not be able to grind the product without the grill. Take a grate, a round, flat piece with holes. It is somewhat reminiscent of a slice of sausage. Put it on the knife. The grate should fit snugly against the flat side of the knife. To prevent the grate from turning with the knife, there is a small side recess on it. It should match the protrusion on the grinder body. If you install the grate correctly, then the grated mass will come out of the holes.
Step 4
Secure the knife and grate with a ring. Perhaps your model has a thread on the inside. Also, the thread should be around the round hole where you inserted the helical shaft, knife and grate. Thread the ring around the round hole until it stops.
Step 5
Slide the spacer onto the back of the propeller shaft. Take a handle and attach it. Use a second spacer. Secure the handle with the special screw. The meat grinder is ready to go. It remains only to attach the manual meat grinder to the flat surface of the table.
