Almost all modern TVs are equipped with a Scart connector, and video cards are equipped with an S-Video connector. In order to connect the TV to a computer, you need to purchase the following connecting wires:
- "S-Video - S-Video" cord - this cord is designed for video transmission. It is worth noting that you should not spare money for a more expensive cord, which is additionally shielded. It will last much longer.
- adapter "SCART - s-video / audio / video". This adapter is required to connect the above cord.
- cord "jack 3, 5" - 2 RCA (tulip) ". This cord is for outputting sound from your computer to your TV.
Step 2
After rebooting the computer, launch the "Display Properties" window: right-click on the desktop - select "Properties". Click on the "Options" tab. In the screen switching window, select screen # 2 (TV) - activate the "Extend the desktop onto this monitor" option.

Use the remote control to switch the TV to the “A / V” channel. If the TV is connected properly, your computer's desktop should be displayed on the TV screen.
