A patch is a separately supplied software tool that is used to fix problems with the software or change its functionality. This may concern the appearance, ergonomics and performance of applications.

Instructions
Step 1
Install the patch on a phone, for example, a Sony Ericsson brand. Use the Far Manager application for this (you can download it on the official website of the program https://www.farmanager.com/files/FarManager170.rar). Also, in order to put a patch on your phone, you need a special plug-in for the application.
Step 2
Download it from here: https://forum.se-zone.ru/download.php?id=4499. Install the program, then run the plugin installation file. For the changes to take effect and the installation of the programs to be completed correctly, restart your computer.
Step 3
Launch the Far Manager application, connect your phone with a cable to your computer. In the program window, press the Alt + F1 key combination to bring up the device connection menu. Then, in the window that appears, select the Sefp item, set the connection speed of the phone to 921600, select the cable type DCU-60.
Step 4
Then select your mobile model from the list, press the Enter the Matrix button, hold down the "C" button on the phone, pull out the cable. After the phone is identified, two folders Flash and Fs will be available.
Step 5
Go to the Flash folder, select the desired patch. You can download them from the site https://se-zone.ru/patches. Open the "Notepad" program, paste the text of the downloaded patch into it, then save the file, name it Patch, install the extension.vkp. Copy the resulting file to the Flash folder.
Step 6
The copy window will open, then click the Flash button. A window will open in which you will see the progress of installing the patch on your mobile. After its successful completion, the plugin will display a corresponding message. To rollback an installed patch, you can check the Remove patch checkbox and remove it in the same way as you installed it, using the Far Manager program and its plug-in.
