If you are unable to use an additional mobile phone, proceed as follows. Carefully study all the documents on registration of the number that were given to you when purchasing the starter package of services of the Megafon operator. Megafon phone numbers must be indicated in one of the documents. If you haven't found a number there either, use a few more options.

Go to the menu of your phone and find the item "Service" or "Settings". In most phone models, this menu has a tab - "Own number". It is automatically detected by your phone, so just click on the tab and you will see your number.

In the case when all the previous options did not work or you cannot implement them, use the operator's support service. Call 0500, wait for the connection with the operator and ask him for your number. Sometimes you have to wait a long time, but if there is no other way out, you have to wait. Also, this mobile operator provides a service called "Find out your number". It is available to all users of the Megafon network, both within coverage and in roaming. Previously, this service cost 1 ruble, but now the company has made it absolutely free. To do this, dial * 205 # on the keyboard of your mobile phone and wait until the number is displayed on the screen or comes in a message.

You can find out your phone number via the Internet using a device with a Megafon SIM card (it can be a smartphone, tablet, modem with an Internet connection). Use this device to access the Internet by connecting not via Wi-Fi, but using a mobile data network. Open the site megafon.ru. The phone number will be displayed on the main page of the site in the "My Account" block, and on the other pages of the site - at the top of the screen.

To find out your phone number without the Internet, using a short command, dial the short command * 205 # on your phone or smartphone. The number will appear on the phone screen. The service is free, but this team works only in Moscow, the Moscow region, the Volga region, the Ural Federal District and the Far East. For other regions, the teams are different.

Residents of the Northwestern Federal District can find out their number by dialing a short command * 127 # on the phone.

You can get access to your Personal Account without an Internet connection. Using the USSD menu, you can use all the functions of this service: find out your phone number, check the balance, find out the tariff, get information about connected services and subscriptions. To do this, you need to dial the short number * 105 #. In the menu that opens, select the item "My Account" (it will be located under the key 1). The telephone number in ten-digit format will be displayed on the screen of the device before the items of the interactive menu. The service works for all Megafon subscribers, regardless of the region of connection.

In the Personal Account, you can find all the relevant information on the subscriber's SIM card: phone number, balance, tariff plan, list of connected services and options. To access your Personal Account via Wi-Fi, enter your phone number (tablet, modem) and password on the login page. You can get the password through the short number * 105 * 00 # (the password will be sent via SMS). In the same way, you can find out the password for the tablet or modem number. If these devices cannot receive SMS, move the SIM card to your phone or smartphone and dial the command * 105 * 00 #. If it is not possible to rearrange the SIM card, connect to the Internet via the Megafon mobile network (not via Wi-Fi) or access the Internet from a computer connected via a modem with a Megafon SIM card, for which you need to connect a password, use the service change your password, open your personal account at lk.megafon.ru. On this page, enter the phone number and the set password. After that, you will have access to all the options of the Megafon Personal Account.

You can find out your phone number, balance or tariff through the support service. This can be done in two ways. First, call the Subscriber Service at 0505. Follow the prompts in the voice menu and you will receive all the basic information on your number. Secondly, you can get access to information about your number by sending an SMS-message with any text (including empty) to the number 000100. The service is free in the home region, and in roaming at the rate for outgoing SMS set in the region or host country. Calls and messages to all Megafon reference numbers are free in the Home region, and outside of it they will cost the price set by the tariffs of the region or host country.
